These additions aim to revolutionize mobile video consumption, making it quicker and more convenient for subscribers. The Auto Speed mode intelligently adjusts video playback speed in real-time, allowing users to save time without compromising comprehension.

This smart feature ensures an optimized viewing pace, perfect for busy schedules. Meanwhile, the On-the-go control interface simplifies the experience for audio-heavy content like podcasts. It streamlines visual elements and offers intuitive playback controls, ideal for users in motion. Available on both Android and iOS, this mode can be manually activated or prompted automatically when movement is detected.

These experimental features are currently rolling out to select Premium users until April 27th. YouTube will then decide on a wider deployment, promising a more refined and adaptable viewing journey for its dedicated audience.
