This sleek hatchback boasts an impressive WLTP-rated range of up to 646km, clearly echoing the efficiency-first philosophy of its combustion-engined predecessor from 1999. Built on the versatile MEB modular platform, shared with other VW Group EVs like the ID.3, the A2 e-tron arrives with serious credentials.

Under the hood, or rather, beneath the chassis, customers can choose from four electric motor options, delivering between 168hp and a potent 322hp. Battery choices include 52kWh, 61kWh, and an 84kWh pack, with the latter utilizing NMC chemistry for its top-tier 646km range model. The A2 e-tron also claims to be Audi’s most efficient car ever, achieving an remarkable 12.8 kWh/100km with an optional efficiency package. Fast charging is robust, with the 84kWh battery reaching 10-80% in just 29 minutes at up to 183kW.

Aerodynamic prowess defines its exterior, featuring a distinctive rounded silhouette and a segment-leading drag coefficient of 0.24. Inside, the cabin showcases a minimalist, modern design with recycled fabrics, a 12.8-inch touchscreen, and haptic controls, ensuring a premium yet sustainable experience.
