Claude Duet stands out by offering daily briefings of action items from connected apps and handling complex requests, from scheduling meetings to building dashboards. Running on Opus 5.5, it operates independently through dedicated Android and iOS apps, continuing tasks in the background without requiring an active Claude session. A significant differentiator is Duet’s pricing strategy. While OpenAI’s Dots are exclusive to its $100/month Pro tier, Anthropic intends to make Duet available to its $20/month Pro plan subscribers upon general release.
