India is rapidly adapting, focusing on indigenous development of advanced technologies like AI, drones, and precision weapons. This push for self-reliance has seen defence production soar to Rs 1.80 lakh crore and exports jump 56-fold, signaling India’s ambition to become a global leader in defence technology and a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.
