Alternatively, access the three-dot menu on the upper right portion of any tagged post, or simply press and hold a post within your ‘Tagged’ tab to reveal the option. Instagram emphasizes that privacy remains paramount; the visibility of these featured posts will always respect both your account’s and the original poster’s privacy settings.

Should your aesthetic evolve, removing a tagged post from your grid is simple and doesn’t delete the original content. While new additions appear in reverse-chronological order by default, Instagram’s existing profile reordering feature, introduced last June, allows for complete customization. This means you can arrange your entire grid—including these newly featured tagged photos—to perfectly match your desired aesthetic and narrative, further enhancing your unique online identity.
